      I'm surprised they aren't replaced by machines, there's nothing in this video which machinery can't do more efficiently(although they are extremely good), but it's definitely more impressive to watch people.

      AvatarTwasCheesy Replace them by machines and you see a lot more non-employed people ! Japan ain't dumb ! Plus machines won't serve you your food and say thank you and take the money from you & give you change !

      Ballz Deep I live in Algeria, which is in North Africa so no I haven't since we don't have a "Wal-Mart"& no I still think that there are things that you can only do on your own!

    No these are slightly different same red bean paste and batter but these are a lot thicker, the dorayaki is more like two small hotcakes stuck together with red bean paste, they aren't sealed like how these cakes are.

    Wait... They didn't really show how they were made! They showed the first half of the operation, but not the 2nd. Do they close the other side and flip it to make it a sandwich with the filling enclosed? Do they add more batter? Are they flipped by hand? What happens??

    • @OnitaFreeze
      @OnitaFreeze 9 лет назад +2

      Neko Mimi i think they fill the other side and flip it, after seeing a short snipit of what the other man was doing in the back thats what i got.
